With an in-network dentist, you have the advantage of receiving pre-set fees for covered dental procedures. Dr. Shah and his team are contractually obligated to honor each insurance company’s negotiated rate for a particular treatment. This means that once you’ve satisfied the deductible required by your plan and you’ve paid the co-insurance percentage, you cannot receive an additional charge from us.

Twice-yearly appointments for a dental cleaning and examination with annual x-rays are included. For each appointment, please be prepared to pay your co-pay or deductible at the time of service, unless prior arrangements have been made.
